Al-Mizan Quran Competition Concludes in Bahrain
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The first edition of a Quran competition titled “Al-mizan” was held by Al-Dhikr Al-Hakeem Quranic Society in Bahrain.
According to Qaaf news agency, the society held the final stage of the competition in Sanabis village in the suburbs of the capital city, Manama.
Some 200 children and adults competed in different categories of the contest, which included Quran recitation, memorization and Tafseer (interpretation).
Top participants were honored in the closing ceremony of the Quranic event attended by Bahraini religious and Quranic figures.
