The terrorist, who has identified himself as Abu Harith al-Karki, wrote on his Twitter account that “You, the Rafidhis (derogatory terms for Shias) of Bahrain! Your turn will soon come. The brothers of Abdullah al-Banali are on their way to decapitate you,” Manama Post reported.
Bahrain is a Shia-majority country in the Persian Gulf region that is ruled by a Sunni monarchy.
These threats come after Takfiri terrorists killed at least 21 Shia worshippers in a mosque in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province on Friday.
97 others sustained injuries when an explosion ripped through Imam Ali (AS) Mosque in the village of al-Qadeeh, in Qatif district.
A bomber reportedly blew himself up in the mosque as more than 150 people had gathered for Friday prayers.
Later in the day, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) Takfiri terrorist group claimed in an online statement that it carried out the deadly suicide bomb attack.
