According to assawsana.com, Abdul Salam Nasir, director of the office, said that the main objective of the centers is to encourage the youth to get more acquainted with the Holy Quran.

He added that the centers have been launched at those mosques in the region that are run under the supervision of the Awqaf Office.

Free courses on Quran memorization, Tajweed principles, Islamic jurisprudence and injunctions and the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) are held at the centers.

Expert Quran teachers who have been licensed by the Awqaf Ministry of Jordan teach the courses three days a week.
