Hosseini perfectly answered the questions of the panel of judges in the morning and afternoon sessions on Monday.
They asked her to read from memory verses from Surahs Al Imran, Hajj, Taqabon, Hud, Ankabut and Rum.
Speaking to IQNA afterward, she said she was happy with her performance.
She added that except for contenders from the UAE and Mauritania, all other contestants made mistakes in their performance.
Hosseini is now waiting for the announcement of winners of the competition on Thursday.
Tuesday is the last day of the contest seeing the participation of 9 remaining contestants.
75 contestants of different recitation schools - Hafs, Warsh and Qaloon - from around the world are participating in the competition.
The second edition of Sheikha Fatima International Holy Quran Competition started in Dubai on November 12.
